Project: Ross & Cromarty Pavilion at Harrods, London
Client: HIE Inverness & East Highland

Our brief was to create and manage a display pavilion in the famous Food Halls of Harrods in London to showcase a range of products from the food & drink, giftware and hospitality sectors from Ross-shire. Entitled 'The Riches of Ross & Cromarty', this successful pilot project featured a total of 20 companies during the week-long exhibition. A major part of the initiative was to develop e-commerce and online trading for companies in Ross-shire; and a web portal and online business directory were created with this in mind.

Caledonian Concepts: Creation of overall concept and brand and marketing strategy; liaison with exhibiting companies; production of marketing materials including online business directory, promotional DVD and website; logistics and staffing.
